I am passionate about the hearts and minds of humanity. My life’s work centers on helping others break free from the “mental prison- I call the marks of mental slavery." Through my business, SO CAST IT LLC., a podcast dedicated to mental healing, I share my journey of growth, experiences, and emotional freedom.
